• 5+ years of professional software development experience using .NET/C#.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to validate and take ownership of generated outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and globally distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise software products.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern development practices.
• Previous experience within legal technology, eDiscovery, compliance, or data management solutions is a plus.
