RHI Magnesita is seeking a Service Machinery Engineer in Monterrey for full-time, on-site work. You will ensure availability of process machinery through preventive maintenance and repairs at customer plants, while coordinating with multiple departments to uphold safety and performance standards.

The role requires electromechanical expertise, strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and English proficiency. Travel and flexible scheduling are expected.

Formación

• Electromechanical technician background required.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Experience with sensors and instrumentation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure availability of machinery through inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Perform electromechanical maintenance at customer plants and manage spare parts.
• Ensure safe operation following RHIMAG standards and plant requirements.
• Coordinate with technical departments, customers, and central Machinery Department.
• Follow up on tasks and prepare reports.

The Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the availability of RHI Magnesita-owned machinery through inspections, preventive maintenance, and electromechanical maintenance at customer plants, as well as spare parts management.

It is essential to ensure the safe operation of machinery in accordance with RHI Magnesita standards and the specific requirements of each plant.

Close coordination with RHI Magnesita's technical departments, customers, and the central RHIMAG Machinery Department is required, along with follow-up on assigned tasks and report preparation.

Requirements

• Electromechanical Technician
• Mechanical repair, cutting, and welding skills
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
• Experience with sensors and instrumentation
• Experience in equipment installation and commissioning
• Experience in electrical controls
• Remote troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Advanced English proficiency
