The IT Engineer role focuses on supporting the operation of Lenovo's SAP ECC/S4, CFOC, and other internal systems, particularly in areas related to order processing, supply chain management, and invoicing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, improving monitoring processes, and maintaining a high-quality knowledge base. The role also involves contributing to team initiatives such as go-to-market (GTM) strategies and AI-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support system operation of Lenovo SAP ECC/S4, CFOC, and other self-developed systems, mainly involved in order placement, supply chain, invoicing, and related fields.
2. Assist users in resolving system problems efficiently and effectively.
3. Address monitoring issues and expand monitoring points as needed.
4. Document daily problems and solutions to the knowledge base with high quality.
5. Complete other key tasks assigned by the team leader, such as GTM and AI-related projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in computer science or logistics are preferred.
• Experience with supply chain business; over 1 year of experience in SAP ECC/S4 SD module project implementation or operation, proficient in ECC SD operations, with knowledge of configuration and integration related to IDoc/EDI.
• Responsible for ECC/S4 system operation, with the ability to diagnose and resolve high-priority issues quickly.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; good English reading, writing, and speaking skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.
