El candidato coordina a técnicos, interactúa con supervisores de producción y garantiza plazos y entregas, manteniendo 5S y un flujo eficiente de repuestos y herramientas. Compara avances, registra resultados y apoya una cultura de mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar sugerencias y apoyo para implementar soluciones en áreas de producción.
• Supervisar a los técnicos y enseñarles a hacer su trabajo de forma más eficiente.
• Coordinar actividades con supervisores de producción para entregar items en el formato esperado.
• Establecer plazos para cada proyecto y entregar los ítems en la fecha planificada.
• Garantizar la implementación de 5S en el taller.
• Realizar reuniones de seguridad y retroalimentación para evitar accidentes.
• Identificar y ordenar herramientas y mantener materiales y repuestos para respuestas rápidas.
• Participar en eventos de mejora continua para productividad y seguridad.
• Registrar resultados de proyectos y cálculos de ahorros.
• Mantener actualizados los formatos de trabajo estándar y paneles de control.

Ingeniero de Proyectos - Facilities y Mantenimiento

Work Mode: Onsite, Juarez Nuevo León

BASIC FUNCTION

Under the supervision of the Plant Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for managing the Kaizen Team, prioritize the Kaizen continues improvement projects for safety, productivity and quality, in order to achieve the Plant goals. He coordinates a group of technicians.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Provide suggestions and support on implementing this solutions to production areas.3
• 2. Supervises the technicians work and teach them how to do their job in the better way.
• 3. Coordinate the activities with production supervisors (customers) to delivery our Items in expected form.
• 4. To establish a time frame for each project and deliver the Items to our customer on the planed date.
• 5. To assure the 5S implementation in the workshop.
• 6. Responsible to provide Safety meetings and feedback to the Kaizen technicians aimed to avoid accidents
• 7. To identify and order the tools needed and maintain the right amount of materials and spare parts in our workplace to assure a quick response.
• 8. Participates in KOS events doing continues improvement projects aimed to improve productivity or safety.
• 9. Records the results of the projects made and savings calculations.
• 10. Keeps the Standard Work Sheet and Glass Walls in good shape.
• 11. Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position

EDUCATION

Preference High school or Technical Degree.

EXPERIENCE

Preference 1 to 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment; particularly in a large plant and in a similar position.

FORMATION

Preference working knowledge of Microsoft windows based software applications. Preference must have understanding of Mechanics, blacksmith and carpentry.
