  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
  • Experience with new product launches, process development, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
  • Analyze and optimize production processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Conduct time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEA, and SOPs.
  • Define equipment, tooling, fixtures, and automation requirements to support manufacturing operations.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and engineering changes.
  • Monitor and improve key manufacturing metrics, including OEE, scrap, yield, cycle time, and productivity.
  • Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process-related issues and improve operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to quality and production issues.
  • Evaluate and implement cost reduction and capacity improvement opportunities.
