Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile network optimization, with a strong focus on 5G.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G NR, RAN architecture, protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Hands-on experience with network optimization tools and post-processing software (e.g., Atoll, Nemo, TEMS).
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of RF principles and propagation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, essential for remote teamwork.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and virtualization is a plus.
