Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer & Continuous Improvement in Aguascalientes. You will lead ECIS deployment (VSM, 5S+, SW, SUR & LMF), champion cost-out management, and coordinate Kaizen events to improve margins, delivery, safety and quality.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, bilingual Spanish/English, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, with ECIS tools experience.

• Excellent communication & strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities.
• Experience with ECIS tools (VSM, 5S+, Standard Work, Setup Reduction, Kanban, TPM).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment of ECIS and CIF for the Aguascalientes site.
• Champion cost-out management and CI initiatives.
• Develop and implement standards; input to CI strategy.
• Coordinate Kaizen Level 3 events (RIEs/BPI) and Kaizen Blitz.
• Lead CI tracker management and cost-out pipeline.
• Provide Lean and Industrial Engineering support across the organization.
• Promote environmental, health and safety during projects.
