Chromalloy in Mexicali seeks a driven Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer to streamline operations and accelerate production while upholding top‑tier quality. You will design smarter workflows, lead kaizen events, and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include analyzing schedules and processes, reducing waste, and driving automation initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in continuous improvement engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Drive value‑stream mapping, kaizen events, and cross‑functional improvement efforts.

• Mentor teams and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
