A leading aerospace company in Mexicali is seeking an experienced Ingeniero de Manufactura II to provide support for manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in Catia and Six Sigma methods. Responsibilities include improving productivity and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position without travel requirements.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in creating work routines and continuous improvement methods.
• English spoken and written (85% advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate actions that increase productivity and improve processes.
• Responsible for solving problems through RCCA.
• Create work plans and manage BOM for new programs.
