• Proficiency with material characterization techniques (e.g., microscopy, spectroscopy, thermal analysis, mechanical testing).
• Experience with design of experiments (DoE) and statistical data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a research team.
• Experience with computational modeling of composite materials is a plus.
