Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with quality tools: SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis and ISO 9001.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and metrology.
• Experience with calibration procedures and measurement equipment; Spanish fluency; English docs understood.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA procedures for mechanical components and processes.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Use SPC to monitor and improve process capability.
• Analyze quality data and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with engineering/production to resolve issues and improve reliability.
• Maintain quality documentation and test reports.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of QC equipment.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and incoming material qualification.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
