Placements24 in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas is seeking an Ingeniero Mecánico de Automatización y Control to design, implement, and maintain automated production systems. You will work across mechanical and electrical teams to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in food processing manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in PLC/HMI, sensors, actuators, CAD, and electrical schematics, with at least four years of automation experience, and is fluent in Spanish with basic English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years in automation, control systems, and mechanical integration.
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, sensors, and actuators.
• CAD software experience for designing mechanical and electrical components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Spanish; basic English for technical docs.
• Experience in food processing or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement automated systems and control solutions for production machinery.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
