Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structural/bridge engineering.
• Master's degree highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in design and analysis of bridges and complex structures.
• Expertise with structural analysis software SAP2000, CSiBridge, and MIDAS Civil.
• Thorough knowledge of materials science (concrete, steel, composites) and seismic design principles.
• Experience overseeing bridge construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design bridges (beam, arch, suspension, etc.), overpasses, culverts, and other transportation structures.
• Perform structural analysis using advanced software to assess loads, stresses and strains.
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications and construction plans.
• Ensure designs comply with national and international codes and standards for bridges and structures (AASHTO, NTC).
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for new projects.
