Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Automotive ADAS Systems Validation Engineer to join our client in Toluca, State of Mexico, MX. You will develop and execute test plans, validate ADAS features in real-world and simulated scenarios, and analyze data to ensure safety and performance.

Responsibilities include documenting results, reporting findings to engineers and management, and ensuring ISO 26262 compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years in automotive systems validation focusing on ADAS or autonomous driving.
• Strong understanding of ADAS sensors (camera, radar, lidar) and algorithms.
• Experience with CAN and Ethernet vehicle communication.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for ADAS features.
• Perform vehicle- and component-level validation in real-world and simulated environments.
• Analyze test data to identify performance issues.
• Document results, create reports, and present findings to teams.
• Collaborate with software and system teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to improving validation methodologies and test processes.
• Manage test equipment and vehicle resources.
