About the Role

Our client, a key entity in the Energía industry, is looking for a highly skilled Ingeniero/a de Proyectos Eléctricos y de Potencia to join their operations in Guadalajara, Jalisco . This role is fundamental to the planning, execution, and oversight of electrical power projects, ensuring they meet stringent technical standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines. You will manage various aspects of project development, from conceptualization and design to procurement and construction supervision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems, power generation, transmission, and distribution, along with proven project management capabilities. We seek a proactive problem-solver with excellent technical acumen and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
