Placements24 is seeking an Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join its operations team in Puebla, Puebla. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes in the hydrocarbon sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering in energy sector.
• Proficiency with PLC/DCS programming and configuration (Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson).
• Strong understanding of control theory, loop tuning, and process dynamics.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (HART, Modbus, Fieldbus).
• Knowledge of safety instrumented systems (SIS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Puebla, Puebla.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
