The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mobile networks, strong 4G/LTE and 5G RAN expertise, and a deep understanding of 5G NR, propagation, and antennas. Excellent problem-solving and communication are essential for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of mobile network engineering experience with strong 4G/LTE and 5G RAN specialization.
• Deep understanding of 5G NR, radio propagation, antenna technologies, and related protocols.
• Experience with network planning and optimization tools.
• Proficiency in analyzing network performance data and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust 5G radio access networks (RAN) solutions.
• Plan and oversee deployment of 5G sites and equipment for optimal coverage and capacity.
• Configure and optimize RAN parameters to enhance network performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on network integration and testing.
• Stay current with 5G standards, technologies, and industry trends.
• Develop technical documentation including network designs and performance reports.
• Participate in capacity planning and network evolution initiatives.
