Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced construction project leader to drive large-scale, mission-critical initiatives from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage procurement, oversee general contractors, administer contracts, and control budgets and schedules to deliver complex facilities such as data centers and industrial campuses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering mission-critical projects, preferably data centers or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of CM methodologies, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, change management, and project delivery processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hyper-scale and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Prepare scopes of work, develop RFPs, evaluate proposals, and manage procurement for contractors and key partners.
• Oversee general contractors and subcontractors, maintaining stakeholder engagement and alignment with contractual goals.
• Administer construction contracts, RFIs, change orders, correspondence, and project records.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and payment applications while identifying cost risks.
• Manage construction schedules and sequencing, identify long-lead items and recovery opportunities.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulators to secure permits for project completion and occupancy.
• Verify OFCI delivery and coordinate activities to maintain project continuity.
• Lead project meetings and document decisions, actions, and status updates.
• Provide regular reporting on risks and performance to senior leadership.

• You’ll manage construction schedules and sequencing activities, proactively identifying long-lead items, critical path impacts, and schedule recovery opportunities.
• You’ll coordinate with local authorities, building departments, engineers, and regulatory agencies to secure permits and support project completion and occupancy requirements.
• You’ll verify the delivery and installation readiness of owner-furnished equipment (OFCI) and coordinate activities to maintain project continuity.
• You’ll lead project meetings, including owner, architect, contractor, production, and safety meetings, while documenting decisions, actions, and project status updates.
• You’ll monitor site execution for safety, quality, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards, while providing regular reporting on project risks and performance to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility on large-scale construction projects.
• 8 years of experience delivering mission-critical projects, preferably within data centers, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, or similar complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction management methodologies, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, change management, and project delivery processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
