Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC in Mexico is seeking a qualified Cost Manager with 4+ years of cost management experience to join a diverse project team. You’ll prepare cost estimates, develop life cycle costing options, and support procurement and risk management across major capital projects.

You’ll collaborate with client teams in a flexible, hybrid work model that blends remote work with onsite collaboration, while delivering value to projects and clients across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cost/construction fields.
• 4+ years of cost management experience.
• Strong cost management knowledge (cost reports, change orders, cash flows).
• Proficient with CostX for estimates and bills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identify risks, support risk registers, and assist in procurement.
• Attend client and design meetings; advise on cost implications.
• Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices and cost reports.
• Contribute to project templates and qualification questionnaires.

THE WORK:

• You'll prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• You'll develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• You'll identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
• You'll attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.
• You'll assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• You'll contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required.
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
• 4+ years of minimum cost management experience
• Strong understanding of Cost Management (cost reports, change orders, cash flows etc.)Minimum five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying
• Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level

• Experience working with data centers or similar mission-critical projects
• MRICS status
• Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (e.g., Sustainability)
• Field experience
• Contact preparation skills
• Post contract administration skills
• Project close-out skills
• Team player with clear verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented

$60,000 - $70,000 a month
