A leading energy management company in Querétaro is seeking a Lead Trainer to coordinate training and onboarding, manage documentation, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, with strong leadership and analytical skills. Applicants should be self-directed, customer-focused, and proficient in both English and Microsoft tools. The role emphasizes energy savings and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Formación

  • Significant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong background on lean manufacturing, process optimization a quality management.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate training and onboarding for operational staff.
  • Manage documentation and compliance in One Drive.
  • Update systems and conduct safety training.
  • Support operational activities and evaluate new hires.
  • Lead projects focused on energy savings and productivity enhancement.

What will you do?
  • Training and Onboarding: Experienced in training operational staff, including general training, onboarding, practical sessions, production line, systems (Smart Apps), product knowledge, and general topics (e.g., Production and Quality). Coordinate onboarding materials, track registration lists, evaluations, and deliver presentations.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Skilled in managing files, records, and documentation in One Drive and My Learning Link (MLL). Ensure compliance with SE protocols and standards, and track essential courses and plant requirements.
  • System and Safety Management: Responsible for updating MLL USERS and LDS systems (HC Auditor, E-versatility Auditor, Smart Apps). Conduct safety training, manage and deliver PPE, and follow up on 5S in training areas.
  • Support and Evaluation: Available to support operational activities, including shift rotation. Evaluate new hires and re-evaluate NDVC and DVC personnel. Support activities in Learning Corner/Digital Center/Training Lab/Quality Academy.
  • Leadership and Projects: Lead trainer in ETO/Manufacturing/Assembly/Wiring lines. Lead at least 3 projects focused on energy savings, continuous improvement, best practices, or productivity enhancement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • Significant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong background on lean manufacturing, process optimization and quality management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital AI tools, and Excel macros/VBA
