Flex seeks an Industrial Engineer - Metal Manufacturing in Guadalajara, North Campus to drive productivity through better work methods, layouts and process optimization.

You will develop capacity tools, balance lines, support NPI and SAP/ERP activities, and analyze data with Excel and Power BI.

Advanced English is required; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus. Competitive salary, health and life Insurance, a Christmas bonus and other benefits.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English spoken and written.
• Knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing industry.
• Experience with electromechanical installations and utility distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Provides process time estimation to the quote team.
• Simulates process, materials and manufacturing workflow and inputs to process engineer.
• Coordinates process planning and setup for NPI with respect to takt and cycle time.
• Reviews prototyping results and provides feedback to NPI and sales.
• Analyzes workforce utilization, facility layout and production data to improve efficiency.
