The role includes conducting time and motion studies, improving material flow, supporting risk documentation, and leading Lean/Six Sigma projects. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in English. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical products.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills.
• 70% verbal and written English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
• Design and improve layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics.
• Support and update risk documentation such as PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Lead Kaizen events and Lean/Six Sigma projects.
• Coordination and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ validations.
• Maintain dashboards for SQDCP, OEE, and efficiency metrics.
