Qualifications

• Experience in capacity planning, forecasting, and data analysis to support engineering or manufacturing decisions.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English to influence global teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-assisted demand and forecasting models translating product development needs into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with global teams across IT, GSC, BUs, and CCE to align development requirements and execution plans.
• Drive OpEx efficiency and cost optimization by developing inventory strategies and communicating forecasts and risks to leadership.
• Provide experimental and execution support for Product Engineering activities including reflows and fuse sort opportunities.
• Innovate with AI, automation, and data analytics to analyze datasets, strengthen decision-making, and automate workflows.
• Develop and improve product-development flows across chips, NPI, and sustaining products, supporting inventory health and experiments.
