Qualifications

Proficiency in capacity planning, forecasting, data analysis, or related Industrial Engineering methods.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with complex datasets.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with clear English communication.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance AI-assisted demand and forecasting models.
Collaborate with global teams to align development requirements and plans.
Drive OpEx strategies and improve inventory and cycle time.
Provide experimental and execution support for Product Engineering activities.
Innovate with AI and data analytics to improve workflows and decision-making.
Develop and improve product-development flows across NPI and sustaining products.
