Stellantis Financial Services, Toluca, seeks an Industrial Engineer focused on continuous improvement to drive manufacturing process enhancements. You will evaluate Model Year Process Sheets to support budgeting with AMPS and time analysis, participate in WPI/OTP for future programs, and push productivity by eliminating waste and balancing workloads across shifts.

Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Teamcenter is preferred, along with a proven record of maintaining headcount, times, material

Formación

• Plant experience in Industrial Engineering or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and MTM-based time analysis (MTM-UAS) or Modapts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Teamcenter.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate Model Year Process Sheets to support budget submission using AMPS and time analysis.
• Review and implement Model Year changes.
• Participate in WPI/OTP for future programs.
• Improve productivity by eliminating waste and balancing workloads.
• Update AMPS3 to maintain headcount, times, scrolls, material usage and vehicle safety requirements
• Deliver standardized documentation (SWI) to production areas using AMPS.
• Define standards for required and non-productive material; standardize methods between teams and shifts.
• Manage current authorization manpower and update productivity KPIs.
• Control and approve overtime.

• Evaluate next Model Year Process Sheets to support Budget submission using AMPS and predetermined time analysis
• Review and implement Model Year changes
• Participate in WPI/OTP for future programs
• Improve productivity by eliminating waste and balance work loads
• Update AMPS 3 to maintain headcount, times, scroll, material usage and vehicle safety requirements
• Deliver by using AMPS the standardized documentation to the production areas: SWI
• Define standards for as required and non productive material. Standardize methods between teams and shifts
• Manpower control of current authorization and Update Productivity KPI's
• Overtime control and approval

Qualifications

• Plant Experience as Industrial Engineer, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence
• Lean Manufacturing Predetermined Time Analysis: MTM-UAS or Modapts Office or Google apps. AutoCAD Solid Works Teamcenter
