Jabil is seeking a Project Industrial Engineer to plan, design, implement and manage integrated production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control at the production site. The role emphasizes profitability, effectiveness, adaptability and continuous improvement across life cycles.

The position focuses on cross-functional projects across Jabil sites, directing teams to develop and implement world-class manufacturing

Formación

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools knowledge (work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design).
• Strong financial and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP, MES, and IEDB systems; AutoCAD proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cross-functional teams from multiple sites to identify, develop, test and implement world class manufacturing equipment, systems, tools, procedures and processes.
• Ensure current and future processes and manufacturing systems meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead yield improvement programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentoring and support to IE staff and assist with site transfers and launches.
