Stoneridge is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect to lead sourcing and supplier-management activities across assigned indirect categories. You will own the full sourcing cycle from needs definition to supplier performance management, potentially regionally or globally, including packaging, chemicals, software and IT services, CAPEX investments and other indirect spend.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing or category-management experience in multinational manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead indirect category strategy with Global Category Manager.
• Define business needs for assigned indirect categories and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Conduct market, supplier, cost-driver and TCO analyses; lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and negotiations.
• Manage CAPEX projects’ sourcing and supplier involvement; ensure early procurement engagement.
• Develop and maintain category plans, savings forecasts, and implementation trackers.
