Lincoln Electric in Arteaga, Coahuila seeks an Indirect Purchasing Analyst to manage nationwide indirect procurement activities, process requisitions and POs in SAP, and evaluate suppliers to drive cost savings.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, monitor supplier performance, and prepare spend analyses. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required; English is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in indirect materials and services purchasing.
• SAP experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage indirect procurement activities nationwide while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Administer and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders through SAP.
• Evaluate and select suppliers through competitive sourcing and analyses of cost, quality, and service.
• Monitor and follow up on pending requisitions and open purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Track supplier performance and compliance with delivery, receiving, invoicing, and internal processes.
• Identify supplier consolidation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support CapEx and fixed asset projects, including supplier evaluation and selection.
• Develop new supplier relationships and sourcing opportunities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments, providing procurement expertise and excellent service.
• Prepare purchasing reports, spend analyses, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage indirect procurement activities nationwide while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Research, identify, and develop new supplier relationships and sourcing opportunities.


• Partner closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments, providing procurement expertise and exceptional customer service.


• Prepare purchasing reports, spend analyses, and performance metrics.


• Analyze supplier proposals and lead negotiations to maximize value and achieve cost savings.

Qualifications
