CSP, Saltillo-based, seeks a seasoned Indirect Procurement Lead to manage multiple facilities and categories, driving cost reductions and supplier performance. You will lead a team of buyers, develop category roadmaps, and coordinate with legal, finance, and site leadership to meet business needs.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement within manufacturing, strong negotiation and analytics, and a track record of implementing cost and process improvements.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring procurement professionals is preferred.
• Experience developing category/commodity strategies and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, purchasing systems, spend analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead indirect procurement activities across multiple facilities and categories.
• Develop category strategies to support cost reduction and continuity.
• Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive supplier performance.
• Coach and develop indirect buyers and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide leadership updates on savings, risks, and category plans.
