TrendAI, the AI security leader and Trend Micro unit, seeks an Incident Response Analyst to support incident response for TrendAI and its customers. The role blends analytical and operational skills in incident handling, network monitoring, and malware analysis.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, performing root-cause analyses, and coordinating with teams to improve detection and response capabilities. Travel and on-call support are possible.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of incident response, forensic analysis, and security operations experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Lead containment, eradication, and forensic analysis during incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and document clear, actionable reports.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify adversary behavior.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with detection engineering and security operations to improve visibility.
