SKELAR is seeking proactive and results-driven talents to support our global expansion by acquiring and managing high-quality users.

This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals into verified, active users in the project, while maintaining long-term engagement and performance.

You will work across multiple social channels to convert leads, onboard users, and optimize the onboarding journey, ensuring timely resolution of blockers and contributing to growth.

Formación

• Spanish native or C2 with English B1+
• Ability to handle large volumes of leads daily across multiple social channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with focus on conversion and performance metrics
• Independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Pro-active approach and desire to contribute to the project

Responsabilidades

• Handle 500+ hot leads daily across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram
• Convert hot leads into verified users and onboard them
• Guide users through registration, verification, and initial setup flows
• Communicate project value, benefits and expectations clearly
• Optimize onboarding to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs
• Ensure users are reachable and address blockers promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and user quality
