Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in International Trade, Commerce, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics and transportation roles.
• Knowledge of foreign trade and CTPAT/IMMEX programs.
• Knowledge of audits and fixed-asset control.
• Management of virtual operations.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for logistics data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acting as point of contact for customs brokers for clarification needs (valuation/classification).
• Auditing customs brokers for correctness of entries, invoicing and archiving.
• Managing documentation and online forms for import/export activities.
• Maintaining and sharing knowledge of import/export laws, procedures, tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
