Celestica in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an Import/Export Administrator 2 to join our SCM team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, developing procedures, and supporting internal customers in resolving process issues.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of trade regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This position is on-site in Nuevo Leon.

Formación

• Ensures compliance with import/export regulations for internal and external customers.
• Develops procedures and training to raise site awareness; conducts regulatory audit for compliance.
• Traces inbound/outbound shipments to inform internal customers of parts receipt dates.
• Expedites shipments through carrier and customs as required.
• Maintains system tables in support of related activity.
• Provides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues.
