Camaco in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila seeks an Import-Export Coordinator with experience in foreign trade compliance and financial control. You will review and reconcile import/export invoices, monitor costs, and manage Anexo 24/30 data.

The role requires 2+ years in import/export, knowledge of IMMEX and Mexican customs rules, and strong Excel and analytical skills. Automotive/manufacturing setting preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2+ years of Import/Export or Foreign Trade experience.
• Solid knowledge of IMMEX, Anexo 24 and Anexo 30, and Mexican customs regulations.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Automotive/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and reconcile import/export, freight, and customs invoices.
• Monitor duties, taxes, freight, and logistics costs.
• Manage and validate Anexo 24 & Anexo 30 information and inventory controls.
• Support IMMEX compliance and import/export documentation.
• Reconcile customs documentation, invoices, POs, and inventory records.
• Support Accounts Payable, month-end closing, and audits.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance.
