Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IMMEX Compliance Leader in Mexico to own and strengthen the IMMEX program end-to-end.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/Trade Operations with a strong focus on IMMEX operations/compliance
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving compliance programs through audit and regulatory scrutiny
• Proven ability to translate regulations into SOPs, controls, and operational routines
• English proficiency; capable of holding business level conversations

Responsabilidades

• Program Management: Oversee IMMEX, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and policies across Mexican sites; partner with trade compliance to implement the IMMEX playbook
• Inventory Management: Develop strategies for managing expired/expiring inventory and create SOPs with monthly reports
• Risk Mitigation: Propose/implement risk strategies for IMMEX in line with foreign trade rules
• Process Improvement: Analyze and simplify/automate processes to reduce manual workload
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, logistics, and compliance for seamless operations
• Audit and Compliance: Ensure IMMEX activities meet audit requirements and address findings
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a matrixed IMMEX compliance team
