Wipro Limited is seeking a skilled engineer to drive structural test planning for baseboards/systems. You will manage production issues, optimize test plans, and collaborate with testers and fixture houses to ensure quality from NPI to MP.

Strong ICT programming, fixture design, and HW debugging skills are essential for success. Candidates should have a Master degree and 2+ years of related experience, plus hands-on lab tool expertise (oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDR, BERT).

Formación

• Master degree (or equivalent) in related field.
• 2+ years in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing.
• Experience in ICT development capability, HW design understanding, board debugging.
• Good knowledge of board manufacturing flow and fixture design.
• Hands-on with lab tools: oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDR, BERT.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production issues related to fixture/program with timely resolution.
• Optimize the structural test plan based on yield analysis to find issues early.
• Collaborate with CM, tester vendors, and fixture houses with DFM guidance.
• Provide support for production bring-up and debugging.
• Define and provide procedures and technical support as needed.
