Formación

• Degree in engineering or business related field.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• 3+ years with SAP including EWM and PR2 modules.
• Experience with SAP implementations, migrations, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to train users and develop procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage SAP knowledge to configure logistics processes.
• Resolve end-user inquiries and escalate complex incidents.
• Train users, create manuals and work instructions.
• Support SAP implementations and system upgrades.
• Perform system testing and data validation.
• Review master data quality and ensure data integrity.
• Identify process deviations and propose optimizations.
• Ensure transactions comply with procedures and policies.
