Tata Consultancy Services in Mexico City is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments. You will collaborate with architects, admins, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects, integrations, and production support. The role requires 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience and relevant certifications, with English and Spanish communication skills and a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification or Platform Developer II Certification.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications and solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, and Flows.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Create technical designs and specifications while ensuring minimal impact on existing Salesforce applications and processes.
• Develop and maintain test classes to ensure compliance with code coverage standards.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Provide Level 3 production support and assist in troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues.
• Analyze existing solutions and recommend improvements aligned with Salesforce and industry best practices.
