Placements24 is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer in Mérida, Yucatán. You will develop and deploy ML models, perform data preprocessing, and collaborate across product teams to deliver AI-powered features.

A hybrid in-office/remote setup supports collaboration with data scientists and engineers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in ML engineering, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, plus cloud familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or related role.
• Strong Python programming and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of core ML algorithms and concepts.
• Experience with data manipulation tools (Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models using Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
