Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking a Mgr, Program Project Control to lead a high-performing PM team and ensure flawless execution of complex programs in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will drive alignment with budgets and schedules, collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance, and guide risk management, change initiatives, and stakeholder communications to deliver value.

Formación

• 6–10 years in strategic project management or supplier relationship management in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience developing and motivating teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Collaborative, results-driven leader in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; French is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of project managers by fostering a supportive, empowering, and inclusive work environment focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive flawless program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and supplier relations to deliver integrated program outcomes and resolve challenges proactively.
• Champion collaboration and alignment across programs and sites by promoting transparency, effective communication, and shared ownership of goals.
• Follow up on project milestones and ensure timely, data-driven decisions to maintain momentum and deliver results.
• Support and guide your team in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks and issues swiftly.
• Exercise sound judgment and take calculated risks that advance Bombardier’s objectives while maintaining operational and financial discipline.
• Define and deploy program strategies in partnership with your team, tracking execution, measuring performance, and adapting plans as needed to ensure success.
• Identify and capitalize on cost optimization and cash improvement opportunities.
• Prepare compelling business cases to support strategic investments and resource decisions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, commitment, and visibility of progress and priorities.
• Lead change management initiatives to enable successful adoption of new strategies, processes, or technologies.
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent, ensuring team members have the tools and opportunities to excel.
