Ansell is seeking an IT Functional Sr. Analyst Finance to join our global team. You will design, configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities within the OneERP template, translating complex requirements into scalable finance solutions.

You will partner with Finance and IT across regions, ensuring adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of the D365 Finance platform. A hybrid work model and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365) and multi-entity setups.
Experience with intercompany, foreign currency, and group reporting requirements.
Knowledge of finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash/Bank, FA, Project Accounting.

Responsabilités

Own Finance workstreams across the full delivery lifecycle (discovery to post-go-live).
Translate business requirements into D365 processes; minimise unnecessary customisation.
Design and govern global template solutions with justified localisation.
