• Manage and control the annual IT project and maintenance budgets, with prompt deviation reporting.
• Administer and track supplier contracts, communicating to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Oversee project financials using ADMIN and JDE tools.
• Produce monthly reports on contracts, billing, and budget usage to evaluate progress.
