Inviso is expanding our Solution Assessment team in Guadalajara and seeks an experienced individual contributor to support the growth of our infrastructure, security, and Copilot assessment programs. The Specialist sits at the center of the Americas motion — collaborating with Microsoft field and Partners to ensure strong execution, consistency, and outcomes across the portfolio.

Based in Guadalajara and aligned to US Central Time, the Specialist serves as a representative for Inviso with the

Formación

3+ years in consulting, delivery, or a Microsoft-aligned role.
Strong experience in Microsoft ecosystem partnerships or vendor roles.
Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders including sellers, customers, and delivery teams.
Excellent written and verbal English (C2).
Experience managing an engagement pipeline and reporting status.
Based in Guadalajara with hybrid in-office presence.

Responsabilidades

Build relationships with Microsoft AEs, Specialists, CSAs, and PDMs to create demand.
Partner with Microsoft to align priorities and delivery expectations.
Engage in key customer interactions to support positioning of assessments.
Coordinate the assessment pipeline from field referral through engagement kickoff.
Maintain alignment between sellers, customer stakeholders, and consultant delivery teams.
Track and report on pipeline health, demand trends, and engagement status.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the program.
