The Clorox Company is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive strategic financial planning for Corporate Functions Admin and Domestic BUs Admin. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering with Executive Leadership, guiding a team of 8 finance professionals.

This role demands strong analytical and communication skills, experience influencing executives, and a track record of process improvement using Anaplan, SAP/S4, and advanced MS Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A and Accounting experience.
• Proven experience supporting and influencing Executive Leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and developing talent.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and financial system enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of Anaplan, SAP/S4, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A and budgeting processes for Corporate Functions Admin and Domestic BUs Admin.
• Partner with Executive Leadership to provide strategic insights and scenario analyses.
• Own Administrative expenses consolidated financial results and reporting.
• Lead analyses for strategic initiatives and organizational changes.
• Drive governance and alignment across functions for planning targets.
• Champion continuous improvement of planning processes and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, People, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as trusted Finance partner in executive discussions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 finance professionals.
• Manage talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
