Epicor is seeking a Finance Operations Intern to assist with processing Professional Services orders, contracts, and billing inquiries. You will gain exposure to cross-department workflows, audits, and financial adjustments in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn to set up projects in internal systems, handle updates, and ensure accurate approvals and accounting rules while communicating with other departments to resolve issues. English communication and MS Office skills are valued.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a related field.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process Professional Services orders and contracts to set up projects in internal systems.
• Process contract/project updates and cancellations requested by internal teams or customers.
• Handle manual adjustments with proper approvals and accounting rules.
• Audit project documentation and verify systems reflect customer agreements.
• Audit billing data prior to final invoicing and resolve billing inquiries.
