Formación

• 6+ months of experience in relevant positions.
• Skills in troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking are a plus.
• Basic English proficiency (30%) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform batch operations as per service agreements.
• Analyze first-level issues across systems and resolve/routing them appropriately.
• Develop support system management processes specific to customer needs.

Conocimientos

Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging

Basic knowledge in SQL, Oracle, Linux, or Windows

Proficient with Operating Systems (Windows or Mac)
