Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in HVAC production, seeks a Production Manager to plan, direct, and optimize plant operations ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will lead production supervisors and operators, balance lines, reduce downtime, and drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing processes. A strong cross-functional partner mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Manufacturing/Production leadership.
• Proven experience leading production teams and people managers.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI.
• Experience applying Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, Kaizen, and TPS principles.
• Experience across Operations, Maintenance, CI, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and delivery commitments.
• Lead supervisors and operators, set objectives and promote accountability.
• Balance lines and optimize labor, equipment, and materials.
• Identify bottlenecks and waste; drive productivity improvements.
• Lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma initiatives and partner with Quality.
