Daikin in Mexico seeks a Compliance Engineer to serve as the subject matter expert for regulatory compliance and product safety across HVAC products. You will bridge design engineering and third-party labs, lead end-to-end certification with UL/CSA/Intertek, and develop test plans for electrical safety, mechanical strength, and flammable refrigerant mitigation.

This role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and advanced English, with a focus on North American standards and timely submission

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Direct experience in product safety engineering, compliance testing, or regulatory certification within HVAC/R or appliance industry
• Advanced English level

Responsabilidades

• Interpret UL and multiple standards and translate into actionable design guidelines.
• Lead end-to-end certification with NRTLs (UL, CSA, Intertek, etc.) and manage certification schedules.
• Author test plans and protocols; coordinate or execute testing in internal or external labs.
