Johnson Controls is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop HVAC product solutions, from concept through release. You will prepare drawings, BOMs, and change documentation while collaborating with design, production, and CAD teams to optimize for manufacturability.
You will work on components like AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, fans, dampers, and chilled beams, ensuring designs meet performance and documentation requirements. Strong collaboration and hands-on prototyping experience are valued.

This role is focused on mechanical product engineering for HVAC equipment and systems. You will contribute to product design from concept through release, support engineering changes and prototype activities, and help ensure that designs are aligned with HVAC performance, manufacturability, and documentation requirements.

You will stay close to the work by partnering early with design, production, and CAD teams so issues are identified and removed quickly.
