Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Mexico seeks an HVAC Airflow Loop Design Release Engineer to lead development and release of HVAC units and airflow loop components, ensuring performance targets are met across vehicle platforms.

The role coordinates with IP, BIW, Aero/ Thermal and Engine Cooling teams, drives CFD iterations, and manages supplier deliverables while supporting pilot builds on the assembly line.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end design, specs, CNs, and release for HVAC unit and airflow loop system.
• Collaborate with IP, BIW, Aero/Thermal, Engine Cooling and Tier-1 suppliers to ensure packaging feasibility.
• Lead CFD iterations and analysis to optimize airflow and reduce pressure drops.
• Develop and execute DVP&R and DFMEAs; analyze test data and drive root-cause actions.
• Manage Tier-1 HVAC and ducting suppliers to meet timing and quality.
• Provide hands-on pilot plant support during builds and assembly.

Responsibilities
